The under 11's Practice Night is every Thursday evening during the season ..... 6.00 till 7.30pm

Our Under 11 Age Group aims are: .....
To welcome everyone, regardless of ability .....
To support each other and play as a team .....
To learn cricket skills and improve as the season progresses .....
To play to the best of our ability and respect our opponents .....
To enjoy ourselves and have fun .....
To respect the facilities provided by the club .....
To involve everyone in training sessions .....
To encourage players to move on to older age groups ..... hopefully progressing through the age groups ..... and ultimately to first team cricket. .....
To make friends and be loyal to Golcar Cricket club

Players eligible to play must be under 11 at midnight on the 31 August
We welcome all to our training sessions ..... previous and current teams included both boys and girls ..... and players of both white and ethnic minority backgrounds.
All cricket equipment is provided for training and matches ..... but players have to provide their own 'whites/clothing' ..... if chosen to play in matches.

Under 11 Teams comprise 8 players ..... who bat in pairs for four overs each .....
Every player (except the wicketkeeper) must bowl at least one over ..... however no bowler is allowed to bowl more than three overs in an innings.
Matches are played on Sunday mornings ..... or as agreed between both teams
