Although now at Broad Oak, Craig is another one of Golcar's home-grown products ..... a quick opening bowler ..... and hard-hitting middle order batsman .... who represented Golcar at every level from Under 13 ..... right through to a member of the First XI

As an outstanding junior ..... Craig scored his maiden 50 representing Huddersfield Under 13's against Halifax ..... an achievement he proudly remembers ..... and he subsequently went on to reach the final 18 squad for selection for Yorkshire at that age group .....

As an Under 15 ..... and Under 17 ..... he was a member of Golcar's Cup winning and Championship sides ..... before gaining league representative honours with both the Joe Lumb ..... and the White Rose Trophy sides ..... and at senior level ..... his best performances are an 82 against Kexborough with the bat ..... and 7 for 21 against Broad Oak .....

Also a keen footballer ..... Craig is a member of Golcar's West Riding Championship 1st team ..... and draws inspiration from his grandfather ..... Dennis ..... who was also a keen local Golcar sportsman ..... and his ambition is to play at the highest possible level ..... and to win a Premiership medal and Sykes Cup medal .....
